Article on UBF in German job magazine
11th-Apr-2007 11:14 pm
Here is an article on UBF that appeared today in a German Internet magazine of a famous German newspaper. This is a machine translation; the article doesn't contain anything special that isn't known already so I don't bother to make a real translation.

If you wonder why the article talks about "sparkling wines" - this is because the German words for "cult" (die Sekte) and sparkling wine (der Sekt) are similar. I hadn't thought machine translations in the year 2007 are still so bad (here is the Google translation, it is not much better). UBF is certainly not a sparkling wine like the gospel.

I think the following describes exactly what UBF one-to-one Bible study is all about:

"After a few months is the Bible study from the sheep a hirten to make, who missioniert at the university. Aussteiger describe the principle in such a way: "you must be like a mute sheep and follow blindly."

"Aussteiger K. describes it in such a way: "the UBF people have a eloquente answer to everything. If one argues with those, one always stands as a week END Christian on lost post."
