The New UN Chief
2nd-Oct-2006 09:33 pm
Take a look at this article. The South Korean Foreign minister is set to become the new UN secretary general. I hope he is not affiliated in any ways with the Moonies and UBF.

Another article from The New York Times.

There are also some articles about military build-up around Korean peninsula.

Japan and China are also working hard to build up their military power. North Korea has already developed long-range missiles capable of hittin most part of Japan.

I just read an article in a German Christian magazine suspecting just that! It says Ban-Ki-Mun is calling himself as "confessionally not bounded Christian" which is Moon cult code-speak (by the way, UBFers often say a similarly thing about themselves when invitating students). His membership was also mentioned in Moon-cult internal mailing lists. It is also known that Moon tries to infiltrate the UN. For instance, the designated leader of the UN world food program, Josette Sheeran habe been Moon cult member until 1996 when she officially converted to Protestantism.

If a large number of American evangelicals can overlook the influence of Moon and his money on American politics and on some evangelical "leaders," how much more could Koreans, driven by their relatively great national pride, overlook a Korean U.N. Secretary General's allegiance to a cult leader--if it turns out that he really is a Moonie.
